Rodrigo Chaves: “A mí no me interesa parar la guerra de bandas para subir mi popularidad”
El mandatario aseguró que su Gobierno está haciendo cosas que otras administraciones no se han animado.
En conferencia de prensa este miércoles, el presidente de la República, Rodrigo Chaves, expresó que el tema de su popularidad no lo desvela.
“A mí no me interesa parar la guerra de bandas para subir mi popularidad… Si el costo de mi popularidad fuese parar el narcotráfico, el crimen organizado en este país, le regalo la popularidad que usted quiera, a quien sea”, dijo.
Chaves aseguró que su Gobierno está haciendo cosas que otras administraciones no se atrevieron.
Adicionalmente, el presidente abordó las publicaciones de varios medios que sugirieron que renunció a gestionar la seguridad del país.
“Que haya gente que quiere que yo renuncie hay muchas, pero yo creo que se tienen que buscar un sillón bien cómodo”, finalizó.
