Rodrigo Arias da ‘jalón de orejas’ a Chaves: “Ya es hora de que este Gobierno se ponga serio y empiece a trabajar de verdad”
La Sala Constitucional declaró inconstitucionales varios artículos del expediente legislativo 24.364, conocido como la «Ley Jaguar para impulsar el desarrollo de Costa Rica», el pasado 29 de julio.
La Sala IV encontró vicios de constitucionalidad en los artículos 2, 3, 4 y 5. Rodrigo Arias, presidente de la Asamblea Legislativa, comentó sobre el fallo.
“La Sala Constitucional ha dado respuesta a la consulta del TSE sobre el proyecto del gobierno para ser sometido a referéndum. Con claridad y contundencia, la Sala ha señalado en el “por tanto” de la sentencia, que TODOS los artículos consultados contienen vicios de constitucionalidad. Cualquier otra cosa que se diga para encubrir esta realidad lo que busca es confundir a la gente”, dijo Arias.
“El gobierno se precipitó a presentar de la noche a la mañana un nuevo proyecto sin esperar las distintas resoluciones y sus razonamientos. Es ilógica esta manera atropellada, precipitada y hasta temeraria de presentar un proyecto”, agregó.
El liberacionista le dio un ‘jalón de orejas’ a Rodrigo Chaves: “Ya es hora de pasar la página y de que este Gobierno se ponga serio y empiece a trabajar, de verdad, en los problemas que afectan a la gente”.
“Si este Gobierno usara en negociar con la Asamblea Legislativa una décima parte de la energía que gasta en atacar, estoy seguro de que ya se habría aprobado hace tiempo, un buen proyecto para Ciudad Gobierno y para la marina de Limón y otros de su interés, incluida una modernización adecuada de la Contraloría”, finalizó.
