Pruebas prácticas de manejo tendrán un nuevo mecanismo de evaluación, acá se lo contamos
El plan piloto de esta modificación ya se aplicó en las sedes de Cartago y San Ramón.
Según dio a conocer la Dirección General de Educación Vial (DGEV) del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transportes (MOPT) la pruebas prácticas de manejo ahora tendrán un nuevo mecanismo de evaluación.
Dicho cambio se comenzó a aplicar bajo un plan piloto en las sedes de Cartago y San Ramón, y según indicaron se comenzará a implementar en Paso Ancho, este nuevo mecanismo se trata del Proceso en Línea de Examen de Manejo (Plema).
Con esto buscan que se realice sin “tiempos muertos”, donde las tres fases antes mencionadas se desarrollen simultáneamente con la atención de al menos tres evaluadores personas al mismo tiempo.
Por su parte, Carlos Ávila Arquín, viceministro de Transportes y de Seguridad Vial, indicó que este nuevo mecanismo busca “potenciar el recurso disponible” para así mejorar en el tema de citas disponibles.
“Desde la DGEV nos presentaron esta propuesta y junto con la Unidad de Planificación Institucional del MOPT se realizaron algunas mejoras al proceso, se midieron y optimizaron tiempos, y comprobamos, en la sede de Cartago, la mejora sustancial del proceso de evaluación, que se traduce en la capacidad de habilitar más citas empleando el mismo recurso humano y sumando únicamente pequeñas mejoras en las instalaciones existentes”, indicó el viceministro
En cuanto a las otras sedes, la entidad indicó que este nuevo mecanismo se podría ir extendiendo conforme vayan avanzando las semanas.
