¡Preste atención! EL CNE elevó dos nuevas zonas a alerta amarilla por las fuertes lluvias
Durante la tarde y noche de este miércoles se reportaron un un total de 88 incidentes.
Las fuertes lluvias que se han presentando en las ultimas horas han causado estragos en diferentes partes del territorio nacional y debido a esto, la Comisión Nacional de Emergencias (CNE) elevó a alerta amarilla la Zona Norte y Sarapiquí.
De acuerdo con las autoridades encargadas, dicha medida se tomó debido a la saturación de los suelos, por los aguaceros ocurridos en las últimas horas, ya que solo durante a tarde y noche de este miércoles 27 de setiembre, atendieron un total de 88 incidentes.
“Durante la tarde y noche del día de ayer se presentaron un total de 88 incidentes, principalmente por el colapso de alcantarillado y el desbordamiento de ríos como La Tigra, San Rafael, Río Cañas, Quebrada Arroyo, entre otros”, detalló el presidente de la CNE, Alejandro Picado.
Además, de la Zona Norte y Sarapiquí, el Valle Central y el Pacífico Central también fueron declarados en alerta amarilla.
Por otra parte, la CNE informó que actualmente mantiene tres albergues habilitados ocupados por 16 personas, esto en los cantones de Desamparados, Aserrí y Turrialba.
Cabe destacar que de acuerdo con los expertos del Instituto Meteorológico Nacional (IMN), se espera que para este jueves transite la onda tropical #41 en horas de la tarde, la cual estaría reforzando las lluvias sobre el territorio nacional.
