PANI lucha por menor que permanece en Nicaragua sea devuelto a Costa Rica
El menor habría sido sacado de suelo costarricense por una de sus abuelas que lo llevó a Nicaragua donde unos familiares.
Un menor de edad está siendo disputado por las autoridades costarricenses y las nicaragüenses, esto luego de que el niño fuera sacado de Costa Rica por su abuela materna por puntos ciegos y se lo entregara a sus otros abuelos que viven en Nicaragua.
Sin embargo, tal parece que la señora encargada de cruzarlo al vecino país del norte, en determinado momento reclamó de vuelta al menor junto a un tío de este, debido a que la mujer indica que se siente “desgarrada con su ausencia”.
Debido a este reclamo el juzgado de Familia de Nicaragua rechazó la solicitud de la señora y el tío de devolverlo el pasado 7 de diciembre del 2022, según lo informó el Poder Judicial de ese país en su sitio web.
Razón por la cual ahora el Patronato Nacional de la Infancia (PANI), apeló la sentencia y está luchando para traer al menor a suelo costarricense, esto en un proceso que inició desde setiembre del 2021.
“Es un caso presentado por el PANI como autoridad central del Convenio de La Haya. Existe una apelación pendiente de resolverse.
“Nosotros no podemos facilitar datos de casos. Está regulado. Solo nos referirnos de manera muy general a la intervención. Solo las partes podrían dar detalles y protegiendo la identidad del niño”, indicaron en la oficina de prensa del PANI.
Por su parte en Nicaragua el Consejo Técnico Asesor de los juzgados de Familia señaló que valoraron que el tiempo de estadía del niño en suelo nicaragüense y que consideran que ha desarrollado vínculos afectivos con su familia paterna, por lo cual sugiere que le mantengan en Nicaragua.
De momento se desconoce con quién vivía el menor en suelo costarricense, así como su edad.
