¿Necesita llevar su vehículo a la Revisión Técnica Vehicular? Preste atención a este cambio
Dekra anunció que solo atenderán a la personas que lleguen con cita previa.
Si usted planea llevar su vehículo a que le realicen la Revisión Técnica Vehicular (RTV) en los próximos días, tome en cuenta este nuevo cambio que realizó la empresa Dekra.
Según dio a conocer la compañía, desde el pasado 3 de febrero, solo están atendiendo usuarios que lleguen con una cita previa, esto con el objetivo de evitar complicaciones en las atenciones ya programadas.
Dicha decisión la tomó la empresa luego de que hace varios días, en las estaciones de Cartago y Lagunilla, se formaron largas filas de usuarios que llegaron a solicitar el servicio sin cita previa, lo que generó un caos en el lugar.
“Ante el incremento de vehículos que se presentan a las estaciones conforme se acerca el final de la amnistía para sus respectivas placas y en búsqueda de mantener la calidad del servicio, la compañía empezará a atender únicamente con cita previa”, indicó Dekra a través de un comunicado de prensa.
Cabe destacar que la empresa alemana, desde que iniciaron las operaciones en octubre, si atendían a los conductores que llegaban a sus instalaciones sin cita.
Por su parte la compañía encargada del RTV, les recuerda a los dueños de los vehículos con placas terminadas en 4,5,6, que deben sacar su cita para obtener el servicio, ya que el próximo 9 de febrero vencerá el periodo de amnistía para estos.
Asimismo, Dekra, informó que para el próximo domingo 12 de febrero, tendrán un horario especial en sus 13 estaciones fijas a lo largo del territorio nacional y en su primera estación móvil en la Zona Sur, esto de 8:00am a 4:00pm.
