MEP implementa pausas activas en las clases para mejorar el rendimiento estudiantil
Las pausas activas son breves descansos en la jornada de trabajo o estudio, que permiten un mejor rendimiento en los procesos productivos.
El Ministerio de Educación Pública (MEP) promueve pausas activas en las clases para mejorar el rendimiento de los alumnos.
Un ejemplo de ello son los estudiantes de la Escuela Unidocente de Salitrillos, de la Dirección Regional de Educación de Puriscal, quienes tomaron unos minutos durante sus lecciones para realizar una pausa activa.
Sofía Ramírez, Viceministra Administrativa del MEP manifestó durante la inauguración de la Semana de la Seguridad Social y Salud Ocupacional 2023, la que tuvo lugar en el CIC, ANDE, que gracias al diálogo con las organizaciones gremiales se busca tomar decisiones para el bienestar de la comunidad educativa.
Como parte de la Semana de Salud Ocupacional, el MEP promueve que del 25 al 27 de abril, se realicen pausas activas para propiciar el fomento de la salud ocupacional y la armonización del ambiente educativo tanto en clases, como en oficinas.
