Laura Chinchilla: “Este Gobierno es una inutilidad, simple y sencillamente”
La expresidenta de la República cuestionó el accionar de la administración Chaves Robles en temas de inseguridad.
La exmandataria de la República, Laura Chinchilla, calificó de manera negativa la gestión realizada por la administración Chaves Robles.
“Lo más dramático de lo que estamos viendo, es que a dos años del Gobierno, este Gobierno es una inutilidad, simple y sencillamente. O sea, ver a un presidente, dos años después de haber asumido el Gobierno, inaugurando un puente ‘bailey’, como su mayor obra en dos años de infraestructura, simplemente confirma que es muy pobre, sino escasa, la obra que se ha realizado hasta el día de hoy, en prácticamente todas las áreas”, manifestó Chinchilla al programa de Noticias Columbia, Por Tres Razones.
La expresidenta aseguró que la creciente ola de criminalidad que azota al país es generada por los problemas que ha tenido el Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) y otras instituciones importantes de lucha contra la delincuencia para recibir menores recursos y financiamientos.
Responsabilizó al ministro de Hacienda, Nogui Acosta y al presidente Rodrigo Chaves.
“Quizá, en este momento, nada más vital para garantizar la sobrevivencia de la institucionalidad costarricense y garantizar la protección de los ciudadanos que combatir el crimen organizado. Pues bueno, se le aprueban los recursos pero luego sale el ministro, un “ministrico”, el ministro de Hacienda diciendo que él no los gira. Bueno, yo no recuerdo que eso le pasara a ningún presidente, porque si el ministro no giraba ahí estaba el presidente que era su jefe diciendo ‘se gira y se gira’, porque la prioridad es la seguridad”, manifestó Chinchilla.
“Aquí no hay más que un responsable y es quien efectivamente está liderando en este momento la jefatura de Estado, quien es el que tiene que alinear a los actores y decirles “por aquí vamos y esto es prioritario” y en consecuencia se asignan los recursos””, agregó.
