La respuesta de MECO sobre video donde trabajadores quitan tapa de una alcantarilla
El hecho se registró en el sector de Heredia.
Por medio de redes sociales varios internautas compartieron un video captado por cámaras de seguridad de un presunto trabajador de la empresa MECO quitando la tapa de una alcantarilla.
En dicho material, se observa a un hombre con chaleco reflectivo quien se baja del camión, busca en el cajón del automotor una pata de chancho, y desaparece del cuadro por unos minutos, luego aparece con la tapa de una alcantarilla, se sube al camión y se dispuso a marcharse del lugar.
“En aquel momento, el colaborador y su compañero desprendieron la totalidad de tapas de alcantarilla de la vía para remover el asfalto existente y colocar uno nuevo (perfilar la ruta) como parte de las labores de conservación de rutas nacionales”, indicó la compañía.
La constructora MECO es una de las empresas cuestionadas por el caso de aparente corrupción denominado “Cochinilla” en el que se investiga a funcionarios del Gobierno y de empresas privadas por la supuesta malversación de fondos destinados a la construcción de obra pública.
