La Caja Costarricense del Seguro Social Colabora con la Fiscalía tras Allananientos en Sus Oficinas
En un desarrollo reciente, la Caja Costarricense del Seguro Social (CCSS) ha confirmado su plena colaboración con las autoridades judiciales tras los allanamientos realizados en sus oficinas. David Valverde Méndez, asesor legal de la Junta Directiva de la institución, declaró que se han abierto las puertas de las instalaciones para facilitar el trabajo del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ).
“El acceso a las oficinas de interés ha sido garantizado y hemos permitido que los agentes revisen los dispositivos digitales en busca de información relevante para la investigación”, aseguró Valverde. Este pronunciamiento surge en medio de una investigación que se centra en la adjudicación de servicios tercerizados en el primer nivel de atención de la salud.
La colaboración de la CCSS con la Fiscalía del Ministerio Público refleja un compromiso con la transparencia y el esclarecimiento de los hechos. “El caso que están investigando involucra la adjudicación de la tercerización de servicios en el primer nivel de atención”, añadió Valverde, reafirmando la disposición de la institución para esclarecer cualquier duda.
Los allanamientos han generado atención mediática y preocupación entre los afiliados, quienes esperan que se llegue a la verdad de los hechos y que la salud pública siga siendo una prioridad en la gestión de la Caja.
