¡Increíble! Viuda se habría puesto de acuerdo con abogado para dejarse las propiedades del difunto
El hombre dueño de las propiedades fue asesinado en el mes de mayo del presente año.
A una mujer identificada con los apellidos Lobo Loría, al parecer se le pasó muy rápido el luto luego de que le mataran a su esposo en mayo del presente año, ya que según detallaron las autoridades esta se confabuló con un abogado para dejarse las propiedades del difunto.
De acuerdo con el Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), además, de Lobo por este caso también está siendo investigado un abogado notario de apellidos Ramírez Salas.
“(…) desde julio se investiga la supuesta confección de escrituras de traspaso, por parte de Ramírez, quien, al parecer, se confabuló con Lobo, viuda de un hombre que falleció y que poseía una propiedad de alto costo y una embarcación”, informó el Ministerio Público en un comunicado.
además, otro detalle que llama la atención de las autoridades es que el traspaso lo simularon un día antes de que Guido fuera asesinado.
“Presuntamente, el traspaso de la propiedad y de la embarcación lo simularon un día antes de que el fallecido, de apellido Guido, fuera asesinado a tiros en barrio Cangrejos de Limón”, detallaron.
Por este caso, agentes del OIJ la mañana de este viernes 25 de agosto, realizaron varios allanamientos en Limón, con el objetivo de decomisar pruebas para la investigación por el presunto delito de falsedad ideológica.
La viuda fue detenida en su vivienda, mientras que las autoridades todavía no logran ubicar a Ramírez.
En cuanto al fallecido su nombre era Helenick Florentino Guido Samudio, de 40 años, quien fue asesinado a balazos el pasado sábado 6 de mayo en el barrio Los Cangrejos, en Limón.
