Hombre lanzó piedras a una casa para que el dueño saliera y luego lo mató de un balazo
Por este incidente ocurrido en Pérez Zeledón las autoridades dieron con la detención de un nicaragüense de 30 años.
La mañana de este martes 12 de setiembre, al ser las 5:00am, agentes del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) dieron con la detención de un sujeto por ser sospechoso de asesinar a otro hombre en Daniel Flores de Pérez Zeledón, el pasado domingo.
El detenido de 30 años y de nacionalidad nicaragüense fue identificado con los apellidos Acuña Miranda, está siendo investigado por el homicidio de Kenneth Chaves Gamboa, de 28 años, y quien era conocido como “Pitosa”.
“Pitosa” falleció tras recibir un disparo en el estomago, y si bien en primera instancia sobrevivió al ataque, fue declarado sin vida minutos después de ingresar al hospital Escalante Pradilla de Pérez Zeledón.
Según trascendió, al parecer se dio una discusión entre ambos hombres, cuando en un determinado momento Acuña sacó una pistola con la que en apariencia le disparó a Chaves.
