Expertos creen que recuperar correos borrados de la CCSS es muy probable
La posibilidad de recuperar correos electrónicos eliminados por un usuario de la Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS) ha sido evaluada por un experto en ciberseguridad, quien considera que el éxito de esta tarea es “altamente probable”. José Adalid Medrano, reconocido en su campo, compartió su opinión en el programa Desde Buena Mañana de Extra Radio.
Contexto del caso Barrenador
Esta situación se enmarca en la investigación del caso Barrenador, donde el director del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), Randall Zúñiga, informó que se borraron al menos 300 correos electrónicos cruciales para el avance de la investigación. Según Zúñiga, estos correos fueron eliminados para ocultar información vital relacionada con las indagaciones que involucran a altos directivos de la CCSS.
Posibilidad de recuperación
Sin embargo, Medrano también advirtió que la efectividad de la recuperación dependerá de la prontitud con la que actúen las autoridades. “Es fundamental seguir los protocolos adecuados y hacerlo rápidamente para maximizar las posibilidades de éxito en la recuperación de esta información”, enfatizó.
Implicaciones para la investigación
La eliminación de correos electrónicos representa un obstáculo significativo para las autoridades en el contexto de la investigación del caso Barrenador. La denuncia de Zúñiga sugiere que un tercero pudo haber accedido a estos correos y los borró deliberadamente para dificultar la recolección de pruebas.
