Elaboran la galleta rellena con crema más grande del mundo en Costa Rica
El país obtuvo el título de Guinness World Record al elaborar una galleta de 83.4 kilos.
Costa Rica escribió su nombre en el libro de los Récords Guinness al elaborar una gigantesca galleta Oreo de 83.4 kilos.
La galleta que batió el récord Guinness fue elaborada con más de 6 kg de harina, más de 4kg de azúcar, más 7.5 kg de mantequilla, 6.6 kg de chocolate amargo en trozos, casi 3kg de chocolate amargo en polvo y otros ingredientes más como huevos, vainilla y sal.
La preparación estuvo a cargo de un equipo de doce costarricenses, liderados por el reconocido chef Óscar Castro, quienes mezclaron, hornearon y armaron la galletota.
“Tomando en cuenta que una Oreo pesa nueve gramos, la pieza gigante equivale a casi 10 mil galletas Oreo y Costa Rica superó la marca que se había establecido en el 2018 en Bahréin, Asia, con una galleta de 73,4 kilogramos en aquel momento”, declaró Teddy Vargas, director general de Mondelēz en Centroamérica y Caribe.
Esta dulce iniciativa fue liderada por la empresa Mondelēz Internacional.
