Diputado Antonio Ortega: “Al gobierno de Chaves se le está acabando la gasolina para gobernar”
El jefe de fracción del Partido Frente Amplio (PFA), Antonio Ortega, se pronunció después de que el Departamento de Servicios Técnicos de la Asamblea Legislativa identificara posibles vicios de inconstitucionalidad en el proyecto de ley denominado Ley Jaguar 2.0.
“El informe de Servicios Técnicos nos dice algo que era un secreto a voces. La Ley Jaguar no puede ser consultada por medio de un referéndum, porque la ley de referéndum no permite que se pueda decidir sobre concesiones o administración pública”, indicó Ortega.
“Es triste ver como este gobierno, pese a que tirios y troyanos, le señalamos este y otras inconstitucionalidades de la Ley Jaguar han seguido insistiendo dejando claro que no tienen ningún proyecto país y se les esta acabando la gasolina para gobernar”, agregó.
Por último, el frenteamplista hizo un llamado al presidente de la República, Rodrigo Chaves, para que: “deje la politiquería, para que deje las cortinas de humo y se ponga a cumplir su deber de gobernar y dirigir las políticas públicas del país”.
