Detienen a dos tráficos por aceptar dinero y licores a cambio de no multar a un chofer en estado de ebriedad
Los hechos ocurrieron en diciembre del 2022 en Jacó.
La noche de este miércoles 11 de enero, al ser pasadas las 9:00pm, se dio la detención de dos Oficiales de Tránsito, esto por parte de los agentes judiciales de la Subdelegación Regional de Aguirre y Parrita, por ser sospechosos del delito de concusión.
Según informó el departamento de prensa del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ), los oficiales fueron identificados con los apellidos Vega de 43 años y una mujer de apellido Chaves de 35 años.
Asimismo, se dio a conocer que el caso por el cual se les investiga sucedió en diciembre del año anterior.
“Los hechos se iniciaron el 23 de diciembre del año 2022 en Jacó cuando aparentemente los oficiales le habrían realizado una boleta de tránsito a un masculino, ya que, en apariencia, conducía bajo los efectos del alcohol.
Posteriormente de hacer la boleta de tránsito por la infracción, aparentemente los sospechosos le habrían indicado a este ofendido que si les daba ¢100 mil le eliminaban la boleta, por lo que en apariencia les indicó en ese momento que no tenía dinero, pero que tenía botellas de licor en la casa y que les podría entregar algunas”, informó el OIJ.
Los oficiales quienes en apariencia aceptaron el ofrecimiento del conductor, el pasado 24 de diciembre recibieron en el caso de Chaves, cuatro botellas de whisky y una de tequila, además, de 20 mil colones, mientras que, en el caso de Vega, este habría recibido 50 mil colones, con el fin de eliminarle la multa al conductor.
