Caso Marco Calzada: Aumentan las condenas para los menores de edad que mataron al universitario
Esta nueva medida fue impuesta este lunes 25 de setiembre, en los Tribunales de San José.
Desde el jueves anterior por el caso del asesinato del joven Marco Calzada Valverde, se estaban realizando una serie de audiencias en los Tribunales de San José, que tenían como objetivo analizar el aumento de las penas a los menores de edad involucrados en el crimen.
Según trascendió este lunes 25 de setiembre, una jueza del Tribunal Penal Juvenil decidió finalmente elevar las penas a los dos adolescentes de 17 años y al de 14 años que mataron a Calzada.
Ahora quedaron de la siguiente manera: el que apuñaló en reiteradas ocasiones a Marco pasará 15 años encarcelado, mientras que otro estará 14 años y 6 meses, y el último 10 años tras las rejas.
Por este caso, cabe recordar que, además, de los menores también hay dos hermanos de apellidos Rojas López, de 20 años y 22 años, quienes fueron condenados a un total de 31 años de cárcel, pero ambos tienen una pena readecuada por lo que cumplirán 24 años según lo dicta la ley.
