¿Buscas empleo? 250 vacantes en cadenas de restaurantes por expansión

La expansión de varias cadenas de restaurantes en Costa Rica trae consigo una excelente oportunidad para quienes buscan empleo. Durante el mes de octubre, empresas como Burger King, Juan Valdez Café, Domino’s Pizza, Arby’s y Popeyes estarán contratando a 250 personas para cubrir diversas posiciones en sus nuevos establecimientos.
Entre los puestos disponibles, destacan las vacantes para cocineros, cajeros, anfitrionas, asistentes administrativos y gerentes. Esta ola de contrataciones está impulsada por la apertura de 15 nuevos restaurantes que se inaugurarán dentro y fuera de la Gran Área Metropolitana (GAM).
Algunas de las ubicaciones en las que se abrirán estos nuevos puntos incluyen importantes zonas como San José, Coronado, Escazú, Santa Ana, Tibás, Pérez Zeledón, Alajuela, Cartago, Puntarenas, Limón y Guanacaste.
Uno de los requisitos para aplicar a estos puestos es tener disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos, además de contar con el carné de manipulación de alimentos emitido por el Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje (INA). Aunque no es obligatorio, también se valorará positivamente si los candidatos tienen aprobado el tercer año de colegio y experiencia previa en el sector de comida rápida.
El gerente general de estas cadenas en Costa Rica, Mario Jiménez, subrayó que este plan de expansión no solo busca acercar las marcas a más clientes, sino también contribuir al bienestar económico del país al generar nuevos empleos. «Nuestra meta es mejorar la calidad de vida de cientos de personas y sus familias, al mismo tiempo que fortalecemos la reactivación económica en las zonas donde estaremos presentes», comentó.
