¡Atención! Dekra realizó algunos cambios para los usuarios que necesitan reemplazar el adhesivo 2023
La empresa esta implementando cambios para agilizar el proceso y reducir la cola en las listas de espera.
La revisión técnica vehicular se a convertido en todo un tema para muchos conductores, quienes desde que se dio el cambio de la empresa encargada de brindar dicho servicio, ha sufrido varios atrasos para poner su vehículo al día.
Sin embargo, la empresa alemana Dekra, esta tomando medidas, con el objetivo de ayudar a los usuarios que tienen pendiente la revisión técnica y también a los que tienen que ir a cambiar el adhesivo del 2023 por el 2024.
“Es importante que para realizar este trámite los choferes presenten su ‘sticker’ en el parabrisas y su tarjeta de inspección, ambos en perfecto estado, además resaltar que no es necesario que se bajen de su vehículo. El cambio puede realizarse en cualquier sede, pero de preferencia en la misma en la que realizó su inspección”, expresó el gerente general de Dekra Costa Rica, Julio Rodríguez.
De acuerdo a los establecido por la empresa alemana, el cambio se hará de la siguiente forma:
- Los carros cuyas placas terminan en 1, 2, 3 y 4 en abril.
- Las placas terminadas en 5, en mayo.
- Las terminadas en 6, en junio.
- Las terminadas en 7, en julio.
- Las que terminan en 8, en agosto.
- Las que terminan en 9, en setiembre.
- Y las que terminan en 0, en octubre.
Asimismo la empresa encargada de la revisión técnica, informó que el caso de los conductores con citas para reinspección (con placas 7,8,9,0), estos serán contactados por la empresa para reagendar su espacio.
Por otra parte, Dekra, fue enfático al decir que la prioridad de la compañía son los vehículos con placas terminadas en 1, 2 y 3 que deben realizar la inspección técnica por calendario en 2023.
Razón por la cual para estos usuarios habilitaron una opción en el centro de llamadas exclusiva para ellos, con el fin de que puedan obtener una cita en su sede de preferencia, lo más pronto posible.
