Alias “Pollo” deberá pasar los próximos seis meses tras las rejas cumpliendo prisión preventiva
Martínez es investigado por delitos de homicidio calificado, tentativa de homicidio e Infracción a la Ley de Psicotrópicos.
Luego de que Luis Ángel Martínez Fajardo, conocido con el alias de “Pollo”, fuera remitido al país por las autoridades de Nicaragua, las autoridades nacionales ya le dictaron prisión preventiva.
De acuerdo con el Juzgado Penal de la Unión, Martínez deberá pasar seis meses tras las rejas cumpliendo prisión preventiva, esto por ser sospechoso de delitos relacionados con el narcotráfico.
Cabe destacar que este hombre estuvo preso en Nicaragua desde el 2015, donde se encontraba cumpliendo una condena de 30 años por los delitos de narcotráfico y crimen organizado, sin embargo, también tiene cuentas pendientes en nuestro país por presuntos delitos de homicidio y tentativa de homicidio.
Con la medida interpuesta contra alias “Pollo” estará privado de su libertad hasta el próximo 6 de mayo de 2024.
