Al 2023 le quedan dos feriados y acá les aclaramos los detalles de estos días
Ambos feriados que faltan caen en el mes de diciembre.
Si bien estamos a menos de tres meses para despedir el 2023, a este año aún le quedan un par de feriados por celebrarse y ambos son del mes de diciembre.
El primero se trata del 1 de diciembre, fecha en la que se celebrar el Día de la Abolición del Ejército.
En cuanto al otro, es el lunes 25 de diciembre, día en que se celebra la Navidad, en este caso esta festividad sí es de pago obligatorio.
Con respecto a los detalles indicados anteriormente, el Ministerio de Trabajo establece que en “los feriados de pago obligatorio”, las empresas cuya modalidad de pago es mensual, quincenal o semanal en actividad comercial, reconocen el salario de todos los días del mes, aunque sean descansos semanales o feriados.
Si la persona trabaja horas extra en un día feriado de pago obligatorio, entonces estas deberán remunerarse con “pago triple”.
Mientras que en los “feriados de pago no obligatorio” a quienes se les paga por semana no ganarían salario ese día si no lo trabajan. Los trabajadores que ganan quincenal o mensual ya los tienen incluidos en su salario.
En cuanto a las horas extra, quienes trabajan en feriado de pago no obligatorio y ganan por semana, la hora extra se multiplica por 1.5 (sencillo), mientras que para quienes laboran en feriado de pago no obligatorio, pero se les paga quincenal o mensual, la hora extra se multiplica por 3 (doble).
