Un hombre deja morir de hambre a su perro y lo abandona en un parque

El terrible caso de maltrato animal ocurrió en enero en España. El propietario de una mascota dejó morir a su perro de hambre y lo abandonó en un parque. Ahora, cinco meses después, un hombre de 50 años fue acusado por la Guardia Civil española por el delito.
El cadáver del animal, de la raza Bull Terrier, fue hallado en el Parque del Molinillo de la localidad de Brihuega (Guadalajara), el 25 de enero. Los agentes sospecharon que el can podría haber muerto de inanición, debido al estado que presentaba al momento del hallazgo.
En España es obligatoria la identificación de los animales de compañía, pero no es obligatorio el uso de microchip. Hay diferentes alternativas de identificación del animal como un pequeño tatuaje en la oreja o una placa. En este caso, la mascota tenía microchip y por eso fue localizado el dueño maltratador.
