Se hace pasar por fiscal para retirar los cargos por acoso y posesión de drogas en su contra
El plan de una mujer de 33 años se vio frustrado cuando se cruzó con un médico forense, en Estados Unidos.
Una mujer de New Hampshire, en Estados Unidos, por poco concreta un plan que parecía perfecto. Sin embargo, terminó siendo acusada de hacerse pasar por un fiscal y presentar documentación falsa para retirar los cargos de acoso y drogas en su contra.
El Gran Jurado del Condado de Hillsborough acusó a Lisa Landon, de 33 años, por adoptar una personalidad falsa y seis cargos de falsificación de evidencia física. Y se sumaron algunos adicionales de robo y hurto.
De acuerdo al líder sindical de New Hampshire, la mujer presentó documentos falsificados en tres casos judiciales diferentes en noviembre y diciembre pasado. Para ellos, recurrió al sistema de archivo electrónico del Estado, refleja el Daily Mail.

Pero el engaño encontró un obstáculo inesperado: el médico forense estatal que debía realizar una evaluación de su competencia.
De este manera, el profesional se puso en contacto con los fiscales del condado de Hillsborough cuando notó que en su expediente los cargos habían sido retirados.
«El expediente supuestamente contenía un nolle prosequi (retire los cargos) presentado por el fiscal adjunto del condado Patrice Casian», escribió en su fallo el juez de la Corte Superior, David Anderson.
«Pero rápidamente se hizo evidente para el Estado que el documento, así como otros documentos en el expediente, se habían presentado de manera fraudulenta », agrega y refleja el periódico británico.
Según revelan las acusaciones, Landon también presentó de forma fraudulenta una orden de exención de tarifas en una demanda que presentó contra el condado.
No es todo: también falsificó documentos para detener los procedimientos de tutela que involucraban a su hijo.
