Profesor chino castiga a estudiante con 200 sentadillas: Joven terminó en cuidados intensivos
El adolescente de 14 años tuvo que cumplir la exhaustiva penitencia física tras ser encontrado hablando en clases.
Un joven de 14 años terminó en la unidad de cuidados intensivos de un hospital tras ser castigado con 200 sentadillas por su profesor en la provincia de Hunan, China.
De acuerdo con información de South China Morning Post, el incidente ocurrió en la Escuela Media Quan Tang de la ciudad de Changsha, cuando el estudiante, identificado como Liu, fue pillado hablando en clases.
Según lo denunciado por el padre de Liu, Wen le insistió a su hijo que “trotar despacio podría aliviar el dolor de sus músculos y los podría ayudar a recuperarse”.
Según SCMP, el estudiante terminó perdiendo la sensibilidad de una pierna, por lo que lo llevó hasta el Hospital de la Gente de Ningxiang, donde los médicos le diagnosticaron rabdomiólisis y daño hepático.
“Estas sustancias pueden dañar el corazón y los riñones y causar una discapacidad permanente o hasta la muerte. En el lugar de trabajo, las causas de la rabdomiólisis incluyen la exposición al calor, el esfuerzo físico intenso o excesivo y los traumas directos (como una lesión por aplastamiento causada por una caída)”, detallan.
Tras tres días sin mejoras, Liu fue trasladado hasta la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital de Xiangya de la Universidad Central del Sur, donde recibió varias sesiones de intercambio de plasma y diálisis.
Los dos profesores involucrados y el director de la escuela donde ocurrieron los hechos fueron suspendidos. Además, el recinto educacional pagará los tratamientos médicos del estudiante.
