Policía presentó pruebas falsas para encerrar a su exnovia en un psiquiátrico: La detención se hizo viral
El sujeto terminó detenido tras comprobar que presentó pruebas falsas en contra de la mujer, quien fue internada por cinco días en el centro psiquiátrico.
Un policía de Pensilvania, en Estados Unidos, fue detenido tras presentar pruebas falsas en contra de su ex novia, con el fin de que termine encerrada en un centro psiquiátrico.
El sujeto, llamado Ronald Davis, afirmó falsamente que la mujer le mandó varios textos asegurando que se quitaría la vida, según declaraciones juradas.
Tras esto, el policía encontró en un picnic a la mujer, en medio de un bosque, donde se aprovechó de su autoridad y su fuerza para detener a su exnovia, según quedó guardado en los registros.
En la Oficina del Fiscal de Distrito de Dauphin señalaron que el policía, antes de llevar a su exnovia al centro médico, le habría reconocido que sabía «que no estás loca, pero haré pasar por loca».
En medio del forcejeo, la mujer le reclamó al policía que «estás absolutamente loco» y que «me describes para que parezca loca».
El policía terminó detenido
La joven quedó cinco días encerrada en el centro médico, donde fue liberada tras no mostrar ningún pensamiento suicida durante ese tiempo, según reconoció el personal.
El pasado 26 de agosto la mujer fue liberada e interrogada, donde, después de varias investigaciones, determinaron que su ex pareja había inventado el problema mental que supuestamente sufría.
Según informaron en New York Post, el policía terminó en prisión preventiva y sin derecho a fianza, luego de la lectura de cargos.
Ronald Davis enfrentó cargos de estrangulamiento, restricción legal, encarcelamiento falso, agresión simple, poner en peligro a otra persona y opresión oficial.
