Policía dispara y mata a una mujer embarazada
Un policía en Ohio, Estados Unidos, disparó contra una mujer embarazada a quien acusaron de robo en una tienda; la víctima y el bebé murieron más tarde.
Un nuevo caso de abuso policial se registró en Ohio, Estados Unidos, cuando un oficial le disparó a una mujer embarazada afuera de una tienda de una tienda de comestibles, presuntamente porque era sospechoso de un robo.
La mujer fue identificada como Ta’kiya Young, de 21 años de edad, quien murió horas después en un hospital a causa del disparo que recibió por parte de un policía, cuando ésta se negó a bajarse del auto.
La mujer embarazada preguntó que porqué tenía que salir del coche, a lo que el policía respondió que la estaban cuando de robar, ella negó las acusaciones y una vez más el oficial le pidió que se bajara.
“Dijeron que robaste algo… sal del auto”, dijo el policía, “No robé una mierda”, exclamó Young; “Sal del maldito auto”, repitió el agente.
La conductora perdió el control y se estrelló contra un muro del centro comercial. Los dos policías se acercaron corriendo, trataron de abrir la puerta sin éxito, ya que la mujer estaba inconsciente.
Finalmente rompieron la ventanilla del coche.
La policía aseguró que la Oficina de Investigación Criminal de Ohio realizará una investigación independiente del incidente.
La familia de de Ta’Kiyah exigieron a las autoridades que acusen de homicidio a los agentes por la muerte de la joven y su bebé que estaba por nacer.
