Peluquería deberá indemnizar a novia por cortarle mal el cabello a pocos días de la boda
La mujer llegó a la peluquería por un look que le llegara hasta el codo, pero el estilista terminó cortándoselo hasta los hombros. Esos 10 centímetros de diferencia terminaron en una curiosa multa.
Una peluquería de la provincia china de Cantón (sureste) deberá indemnizar a una clienta porque cortaron el pelo para su boda más de lo que ella había pedido.
La mujer, apellidada Tang, demandó al establecimiento ante un tribunal local, al que reclamó una compensación de 8.500 yuanes (1.163 dólares, 1.103 euros) porque había pedido que le cortaran el pelo a la altura del codo y se lo dejaron a la altura de los hombros, recoge el diario Global Times.
Sin embargo, el magistrado consideró que la “violación del contrato” no había sido “grave”, por lo que redujo la indemnización a 500 yuanes (68 dólares, 65 euros).
La peluquería, por su parte, adujo que el corte de pelo se ajustaba a lo que había pedido la mujer y que ella nunca protestó durante el proceso.
