Nave espacial china se desintegra al regresar a la Tierra
El lanzamiento de esta nave experimental había sido reportado por las autoridades de China como «exitoso» este martes. Sin embargo, durante su reingreso «se produjo una anomalía».
Una nave espacial china experimental de carga, dotada de un revolucionario sistema de protección térmica para el ingreso a la atmósfera, se desintegró este miércoles al volver a la Tierra, anunciaron las autoridades. «Se produjo una anomalía hoy [miércoles] durante el regreso» de la nave de carga, dijo la agencia espacial china. «Los expertos están analizando los datos», indicó en su web sin aportar precisiones.
La capsula tenía una protección térmica «inflable». Este tipo de estructura, que también están experimentando las agencias estadounidense y europea, tiene el objetivo de sustituir los escudos térmicos de metal y materiales refractarios tradicionales, más pesados y que limitan la capacidad de carga útil.
Decepción
Sin embargo, tampoco supone un gran fracaso porque el sistema, ideado por la compañía Casic, está en fase experimental. La capsula y la nave espacial fueron lanzados el martes con el cohete Larga Marcha 5B, el más potente utilizado por China hasta ahora y que permitirá transportar las partes para la construcción de la futura estación espacial china.
