Madre mató a su hijo de 5 años y cometió actos de canibalismo con el cuerpo
De acuerdo con las autoridades, la madre no estaba mentalmente estable cuando cometió el asesinato como para ser declarada culpable. Por lo tanto, fue remitida a una clínica psiquiátrica, donde recibirá tratamiento especializado.
Una madre de 29 años, identificada como Hanaa Mohamed Hassan, fue internada en un hospital psiquiátrico luego de escuchar el dictamen de un médico durante el juicio que se desarrollaba en su contra por el asesinato de su hijo de 5 años. De acuerdo con las autoridades, la mujer no estaba mentalmente estable al momento de cometer el crimen.
El caso de infanticidio se presentó en el interior de una vivienda en Egipto, durante mayo de 2023, cuando la madre estaba encargada del cuidado del niño. Al parecer, en un intento por evitar que su exesposo y la familia paterna de su hijo la demandaran por la custodia del menor, decidió tomar el asunto con sus propias manos.
Sin embargo, sus esfuerzos fueron en vano. Según el informe de las autoridades, uno de los tíos del pequeño fue el que descubrió partes del cuerpo por toda la casa, lo que lo llevó a denunciar a la madre de inmediato. Por otro lado, se conoció que la mujer cometió actos de canibalismo con parte de los restos.
El exesposo de Hassan resaltó en el diario Daily Mail que su relación había terminado desde hacía cuatro años porque ella había tomado la determinación de irse a vivir en las tierras que le había dejado su padre, pero él no estaba dispuesto a dejar su casa y su familia.
