¡Juicio de Trump saldrá en televisión! El expresidente de EU será transmitido por TV y Youtube
Un juez en Georgia aprobó el acceso de cámaras para que el juicio de Donald Trump sea televisado nacional e internacionalmente, pues también lo pasará Youtube.
Se resolvió una de las principales incógnitas en el juicio de Donald Trump, por lo menos para aquellos que no se han perdido detalle de las investigaciones contra el expresidente de Estados Unidos, pues durante la tarde del jueves 31 de agosto, un juez en el condado de Culton, Georgia, confirmó que el proceso podrá ser transmitido en televisión.
Scott McAfee es el funcionario a quien le fue asignado el caso de Trump, quien desde entonces fue colocado bajo los máximos reflectores de la política en Estados Unidos, pues nunca antes un expresidente había sido enjuiciado en ninguna corte.
McAfee aseguró que pondría todas las audiencias y posibles juicios a disposición para que sean transmitidos en el canal de YouTube del Tribunal del condado de Fulton, así como un permiso para que cadenas de televisión accedan a la sala para emitir en directo, al igual que fotógrafos y señales de radio.
Uno de los puntos más importantes de la decisión del juez McAfee, es que el fallo está “sujeto a cambios” y, en caso de que alguna parte del juicio pase a ser de un tribunal federal, la transmisión en vivo no estaría presente, según reporta CNN.
Cabe recordar que si el caso pasa a un tribunal federal, en este nivel no se autoriza la transmisión en vivo ni cámaras dentro de la corte, por lo que todavía restan varios capítulos de intensas batallas hasta que inicie el juicio, programado para el próximo 4 de marzo de 2024.
¿De qué acusan a Donald Trump?
La principal acusación en contra de Donald Trump, por la que está por iniciar un juicio en Georgia, es sobre la investigación sobre un presunto plan para anular los resultados de las elecciones presidenciales del estado de 2020, motivo por el que es acusado junto a otras 18 personas.
Por estos cargos, el líder del partido republicano de cara a las próximas elecciones de 2024 se declaró inocente, pues estaba señalado por participar en una “empresa criminal” que tenía como objetivo anular su derrota en las elecciones de 2020.
