J Balbin reflexiona sobre la ansiedad y depresión: “No tengan miedo a aceptarla y buscar ayuda profesional”
El cantante colombiano pidió a sus seguidores que cuiden su salud mental y que soliciten ayuda de ser necesario.
El 24 de octubre, el cantante colombiano J Balvin se dirigió a sus 44,6 millones de seguidores en Instagram, para hablar sobre la ansiedad y depresión.
El exponente de reguetón inició su mensaje señalando cómo estas enfermedades mentales pueden resultar invisibles para otras personas.
“Aunque se vea de color, muchas veces está oscuro por dentro”, precisó el cantante.
J Balvin añadió: “Pido por la salud mental de todos los que la necesitamos, la ansiedad y la depresión son una realidad”.
Seguidamente, el intérprete de “Mi gente” y “Ginza” alentó a sus seguidores a confiar y recurrir a especialistas en salud mental.
“No tengan miedo a aceptarla y buscar ayuda profesional”, dijo para luego identificarse como una persona que también ha experimentado depresión y ansiedad. “Sé lo que se siente, lo vivo y entiendo a quienes lo padecen”, sostuvo.
Una de las primeras en reaccionar al post del colombiano, fue María Osorio, expareja de J Balvin por diez años. Ella escribió: “Te amo, eres un valiente”.
De igual forma, la cantante mexicana Yuri también le dejó un mensaje: “Amigo seguiremos orando por ti. Dios esta contigo y todos los que te admiramos y amamos”.
Finalmente, también dejaron sus mensajes de aliento otros exponentes de la música urbana como los puertorriqueños Lyanno y Alex Rose, al igual que la influencer Carolina Osorio, hermana de J Balvin.
