Hombre que es beneficiado con prisión domiciliaria por la COVID-19 abusó de su hijo en Argentina
Al conocer el caso, el menor le pidió a su madre que compre un cuchillo para defenderse de su papá.
En Argentina, la justicia de Misiones decretó una polémica medida al beneficiar con prisión domiciliaria, por la expansión del coronavirus, a un sujeto que abusó sexualmente de su hijo cuando tenía ocho años.
El hombre salió del centro penitenciario en donde estaba recluido, debido a que sufre de asma. Este hecho generó que la madre del agraviado tenga miedo por lo que le pueda pasar a su hijo.
“No entiendo la decisión que tomó el juez, si es por el coronavirus, creo que en la cárcel estaría más resguardado. Qué posibilidades hay de que él no se escape, me mate o nos mate. Ese es mi miedo”, indicó la mujer para el citado medio.
Asimismo, la madre del menor precisó que el juez, Martín Brites, le afirmó que no podía mantenerlo en prisión, ya que se presentó cada vez que lo citaron y “era buen trabajador”.
Cabe indicar que el abuso sexual sucedió en el 2018 y su propio hijo lo denunció luego de pasar varios exámenes.
