Error en Facebook no permite abrir nuestras conversaciones de Messenger desde PC
Si intentar abrir tus conversaciones de Messenger desde la PC, no se te permitirá y se abrirá un mensaje que señala que ‘la consulta de GraphQL no está autorizada’.
Este domingo, un nuevo error en la plataforma de Facebook está imposibilitando a los usuarios cargar sus conversaciones de Messenger.
El problema radica en “una consulta de GraphQL”, lo cual no permite a las personas cargar sus mensajes.
¿Qué dice el mensaje?
Luego se lee que “esta consulta no está autorizada porque falló la verificación de permisos de algún campo”.
Por el momento, Meta no ha hablado sobre este problema, el cual no parece limitarse a nuestro país sino que se expande a nivel internacional según DownDetector.
El problema radica en PC, ya que desde celular sí es posible acceder a las conversaciones.

¿Qué es GraphQL?
Este lenguaje de programación fue desarrollado precisamente por Facebook para realizar consultas de la interfaz de programación de aplicaciones (API).
