Detienen a hombre que golpeaba a su madre de 83 años mientras la bañaba
Residentes de la zona registraron el momento del maltrato. La grabación se hizo viral en las redes hasta que arribaron las autoridades para llevarlo a la jefatura.
Un incidente indignó a los pobladores del departamento de Sucre, en Colombia, en el que un hombre, de 42 años, fue arrestado por el delito de violencia intrafamiliar agravada, en medio de la pandemia por COVID-19, según informó El Meridiano.
El agresor fue identificado como Juan Carlos Ayala Herrera, quien fue filmado el pasado 9 de mayo, maltratando psicológica y físicamente a su madre, de 84 años, en el interior de su vivienda ubicada en la localidad de Toluviejo.
De acuerdo al medio local, el hecho fue grabado en marzo de este año y el clip ocasionó el repudio de los ciudadanos que exigían a las autoridades judiciales amparar a la mujer de la tercera edad.
El video se divulgó en las redes sociales y de esa manera el caso de la adulta mayor llegó a manos de la Fiscalía y la Policía, quienes en un trabajo conjunto decidieron atrapar al autor del ataque.
“Es una señora muy pesada, y me da miedo que se me vaya a caer”, indicó la hija de la víctima.
Por su parte, el noticiero informó, el pasado domingo, 10 de mayo, que pese a que el hijo había sido apresado, los oficiales tuvieron que ponerlo en libertad, ya que no habría una orden de captura en su contra. Sin embargo, la suerte le duró poco y este lunes, finalmente, fue detenido.
