Descubren que a mujer hallada sin vida cerca de vías del tren no la mataron para robarla
El caso de la mujer hallada sin vida se remonta a enero pasado. Las autoridades pudieron establecer que alguien pagó para que la asesinaran. ¿Quién está detrás del crimen?
Una mujer hallada sin vida cerca de las vías del tren el pasado 15 de enero, en el municipio de Cotoca, en Bolivia, no fue asaltada, como inicialmente se creyó. Las autoridades descubrieron que alguien pagó para que la mataran.
“Se ha aprehendido al autor intelectual, que habría sido el excónyuge de la víctima fallecida”, indicó el fiscal Jorge Caballero en diálogo con el medio Unitel.
Tras el homicidio de la mujer fueron capturadas tres personas, que se contradijeron en las declaraciones que dieron a las autoridades.
La mujer hallada sin vida tenía 22 años.
Según el fiscal, el crimen se produjo por “la guarda y tenencia de un menor. Ellos estaban en un proceso familiar, estaban peleando la guarda (custodia) del menor”.
El señalado autor material “habría contratado a tres personas que le quitaron la vida”.
La mujer, que inicialmente se pensó había sido asesinada por un robo, falleció por estrangulamiento por asfixia mecánica.
“En primera instancia la víctima estaba como N.N., no estaba identificada”, detalló el fiscal del caso.
La expareja de la mujer hallada sin vida deberá responder por el delito de feminicidio y el ente investigado pedirá una pena de 30 años contra él.
El funcionario, sin embargo, no detalló si los hombres contratados para el crimen delataron al autor intelectual.
