Daniel Ortega incauta bienes de escuela de negocios
El dictador Daniel Ortega canceló la personalidad jurídica de la escuela de negocios INCAE; Nicaragua argumenta que no presentaron informes financieros.
El gobierno de Daniel Ortega, dictador de Nicaragua, emitió un decreto en la gaceta oficial de dicha nación para incautar los bienes de una escuela de negocios.
Este lunes 25 de septiembre de 2023, la dictadura nicaragüense decretó el cierre del Instituto Centroamericano de Administración de Empresas (INCAE), una escuela de negocios cuyos bienes pasarán a ser propiedad del Estado.

La dictadura de Nicaragua alega que la escuela incumplió “los requisitos legales establecidos para la recepción de donaciones y no se registraron como agentes extranjeros”.
Además, los bienes muebles e inmuebles serán traspasados al Estado de Nicaragua, previo trámite de la Procuraduría General de la República de dicho país.
