Cuatro pasajeros comieron 30 kilos de naranjas en media hora para no pagar sobrepeso de equipaje
La tarifa que les querían cobrar por exceso de peso era de U$S 46. Antes que pagarla se comieron los 30 kilos de fruta.
En el aeropuerto de Kunming, capital de la provincia de Yunnan (China), cuatro pasajeros optaron por comerse en menos de media hora toda una caja de naranjas, con un peso de 30 kilos, para evitar pagar 46 dólares (28 mil colones) por exceso de equipaje, informa Global Times.
Un hombre de apellido Wang, y sus colegas compraron una caja de naranjas que pesaba 30 kilos por 8 dólares (5 mil colones) durante su viaje de negocios a Kunming. Mientras se preparan para abordar el avión de regreso, el aeropuerto les dijo que les cobraría 1,55 dólares por cada kilo de esa fruta, por exceso de equipaje.
Al encontrar la tarifa demasiado cara, Wang y sus colegas tomaron una decisión. «Nos quedamos allí y nos comimos todo. Nos tomó entre 20 y 30 minutos», dijo Wang.
Sin embargo, después de completar la hazaña, comenzaron a sufrir úlceras en la boca.
«No queremos volver a comer naranjas», dijo Wang.
Los internautas en las plataformas de redes sociales de China se divirtieron con su determinación, mientras se reían de su ignorancia: «¿No podrían empacar las naranjas en cuatro piezas de equipaje de mano y llevarlas a la cabina?».
