Compraron un Play Station 5 y recibieron una caja con comida para perro
Nada bien la están pasando una serie de clientes que recibieron encomiendas con alimentos en lugar de la nueva consola de Sony.
Decenas de gamers deberán seguir esperando las ansiadas consolas PlayStation 5, las que darán el puntapié a la nueva generación de videojuegos junto a las Xbox Series X.
Sin embargo, el entusiasmo que genera la llegada de las nuevas consolas hoy es un dolor de cabeza para una serie de usuarios de redes sociales.
Y es que durante este fin de semana se reveló que varios gamers se han quejado no haber recibido las consolas y, en su lugar, les llegaron cajas con comida para mascotas y arroz.
Según consignó la periodista Bex April May, las encomiendas de Amazon que llegaron a distintos domicilios en Reino Unido no poseían las consolas, sino que otros elementos.
En ese sentido, diversos usuarios se colgaron de la denuncia y comenzaron a reportar lo que recibieron en lugar de la nueva creación de Sony.

De momento, según consigna Eurogamer, Amazon reconoció los problemas generados a raíz de las encomiendas y, por lo mismo, un portavoz manifestó que «lamentamos mucho eso y estamos investigando exactamente qué sucedió».
“Nos comunicamos con todos los clientes que han tenido un problema y nos informamos para que podamos solucionarlo”, indicaron y recalcaron que se solicitó una espera de 48 horas a los clientes para normalizar la situación y, en algunos, una compensación económica.
