La nueva norma de las autoridades chinas también introducirá un sistema para limitar el tiempo diario de conexión a internet en teléfonos inteligentes, de acuerdo a la edad de los menores.
China prohibirá a los menores de 18 años acceder a internet por la noche con sus teléfonos móviles y limitará su tiempo de conexión, según una nueva legislación presentada este miércoles.
Las restricciones, que entrarán en vigor el 2 de septiembre después de una consulta pública obligatoria, impedirán que los menores puedan acceder a internet con un terminal móvil entre las 22h00 y las 06h00 de la mañana.
Las nuevas reglas, propuestas por la administración china del ciberespacio y que se implementarán con medios técnicos, están entre las más estrictas del mundo en este campo.
Sin embargo, los padres podrán desactivar las restricciones si lo desean.
El anuncio de las nueves medidas provocó el miércoles la caída en la bolsa de Hong Kong de varias empresas chinas del sector tecnológico, como Tencent (casi un 3%) y Baidu (-3,75%).
