Bill Gates, el fundador de Microsoft y uno de los hombres más ricos del mundo, contó recientemente cuál era la actividad que lo ayudó a convertirse en millonario y que antes no le tomaba mucha importancia hasta que se informó de las consecuencias que podría generar si no lo hacía correctamente. El empresario estadounidense brindó esta lección en su podcast ‘Unconfuse Me’ emitido en su canal oficial de YouTube.

¿Cuál es la actividad que ayudó a convertirse en millonario a Bill Gates?
“En mis 30 y 40, cuando había una conversación sobre el sueño, algunas personas decían: ‘Solo he dormido seis horas’. Otro tipo decía: ‘Yo solo dormí cinco’ y ‘Bueno, a veces no duermo nada’. Y yo me quedaba… como estos tipos son muy buenos, tengo que intentarlo con más fuerza, porque dormir de vagos y es innecesario”, indicó Gates.
Durante la conversación que sostuvo Seth Rogen y Lauren Miller Rogen en su podcast, el creador de Microsoft también admitió que antes pensaba que dormir menos «era un símbolo de superioridad, productividad y éxito», por lo que no tenía vacaciones y al tiempo de ocio lo consideraba como innecesario. Incluso, Gates afirma que, si no hubiera cometido este error en sus años de juventud, «quizás hubiera ganado más dinero».
«Una de las cosas más fuertes que surgen en el tema del alzhéimer es la importancia de dormir bien; uno de los factores más predictivos de cualquier demencia, incluyendo el alzhéimer, es si estás durmiendo bien», sentenció.
