Administración de Donald Trump aceptó transición de Joe Biden
El presidente saliente de EE. UU. se pronunció a través de las redes sociales sociales y dijo que seguirá con sus estrategias legales para revertir los resultados.
El presidente saliente de los Estados Unidos, Donald Trump, informó en su cuenta de Twitter que su administración aceptó la transición de Joe Biden luego de la llegada de un anuncio por parte de la agencia federal encargada del traspaso de mando.
La GSA (por su siglas en inglés) indicó que asignaría al presidente electo los recursos necesarios para llevar a cabo el proceso.
En su redes sociales Trump informó que seguirá con sus estrategias legales revertir los resultados de las elecciones en Estados Unidos del pasado 3 de noviembre.

“Continuaremos luchando y creemos que prevaleceremos. Sin embargo, teniendo en cuenta que es lo mejor para nuestro país, recomiendo a Emily (Murphy, titular de la GSA) y su equipo que hagan lo que haya que hacer con respecto a los protocolos iniciales, y le dije a mi equipo que haga lo mismo”, expresó la publicación del mandatario.
El presidente ha pasado las últimas tres semanas desde las elecciones del 3 de noviembre afirmando, sin ninguna prueba, que la victoria de Biden fue el resultado de un fraude.
Murphy, quien niega haber actuado bajo presión política, se había negado hasta ahora a entregar al equipo entrante los fondos que su agencia administrativa.
Biden dio la bienvenida a la liberación de la ayuda gubernamental, un paso que describió como crucial hacia “una transferencia de poder pacífica”.
La jefa de la Administración General de Servicios “confirmó al presidente electo Joe Biden y la vicepresidenta electa Kamala Harris como los aparentes ganadores de las elecciones, proporcionando a la administración entrante los recursos y el apoyo necesarios para llevar a cabo una transferencia de poder tranquila y pacífica”, dijo en un comunicado.
