Una “pelota en el vientre bajo” puso la vida de la cantante María José León en peligro
La cantante asegura que la detección temprana fue su salvación.
Hace unos días la cantante y actriz costarricense María José León, utilizó sus redes sociales para contarle a sus amigos y seguidores que no la está pasando nada bien con respecto a su salud, aunque afortunadamente y al parecer ya se encuentra fuera de peligro.
Resulta que la cantante tuvo que ser intervenida quirúrgicamente debido a un tumor benigno en un ovario, que logró detectar según contó ella misma, debido a que hace un par de semanas se sintió una “pelota en el vientre bajo”, por lo que decidió acudir al médico, donde le dieron el diagnóstico que la hizo vivir “la semana más dura de su vida”
“Hace un par de semanas me sentí una pelota en el vientre bajo, pedí una cita de control y el lunes 21 de noviembre me detectaron un tumor en un ovario, Benigno después de la patología, pero el mundo se me vino abajo, y tuve la semana más dura de mi vida. Entre médicos y diagnósticos, Dios abrió las puertas de las personas correctas y el lunes 28 entré a cirugía.
No puedo estar más agradecida con Dios y la vida por esta segunda oportunidad. Mi diagnóstico fue un “border line” donde el tiempo me hubiera jugado en contra y la historia hubiera sido diferente.”, escribió León en su Instagram.

La cantante quien es madre de dos niños, rescata el hecho de que la detección de su tumor fue temprana, ya que si hubiese tardado un poco más el desenlace hubiese sido diferente para ella, además, de que aprovechó para invitar a las personas a visitar el médico si siente que algo con su salud no está bien, así como hacerse chequeos regularmente.
