Elena Correa asegura que le quitaron bienes valorados en casi 100 mil dólares

La Miss Costa Rica 2017, Elena Correa Usuga, reclama que algunos de los bienes que le quitaron el viernes 16 de junio anterior, cuando agentes del Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) realizaron un allanamiento en su vivienda en San Rafael de Heredia, le pertenecen y no son de su expareja, el empresario Carlos Rodríguez.
Entre los bienes que reclama la también cantante se encuentran unos cuadros que, de acuerdo con el medio CRHoy.com, el exdueño del Autódromo La Guácima le habría regalado a Correa y que están valorados en casi 100 mil dólares.
“Muchas de las cosas que se llevaron, también estamos planteando pruebas suficientes para determinar que si no son de doña Elena, son bienes gananciales, es decir bienes del matrimonio, por lo tanto hasta que un juez de familia decida a quién le corresponden esos bienes, no se puede disponer de ellos”, explicó Araya.
El abogado defensor de la exmiss Costa Rica afirmó que los artículos fueron entregados a Carlos Rodríguez, pero según su descargo, no deberían ser dispuestos hasta que un juez determine la propiedad de los mismos.
Por su parte, el abogado de Carlos Rodríguez, Rodrigo Rosales, indicó declaró a CRHoy que no se referirá sobre el tema porque el caso “se está ventilando en sede penal”.
