Todo lo que necesita saber sobre la reanudación del curso lectivo 2021
1,2 millones de estudiantes regresan a clases el lunes. En esta nota le contamos las medidas del MEP y todo lo que debe saber del tema.
Luego de la pausa de 49 días que tuvo el curso lectivo 2021, todo está dispuesto para que los estudiantes retornen a las aulas este lunes 12 de julio.
A continuación le contaremos algunos detalles sobre el regreso a lecciones.
Respecto al uso del uniforme rigen los mismos lineamientos, si algún estudiante no tiene el uniforme completo puede asistir a lecciones sin problema.
Reprogramación del calendario escolar
El Ministerio de Educación Pública (MEP), definió para la comunidad educativa nacional las nuevas fechas para la organización del curso lectivo 2021. El calendario se reorganizó de tal manera que se cumpla con los días lectivos al igual que todos los años. La finalización del curso lectivo 2021 será el 19 de enero del 2022 y se habrán cumplido 197 días de clase.
Otras fechas reprogramadas son las vacaciones de Navidad que serán del 23 de diciembre al 02 de enero del 2022. Un nuevo periodo de disfrute de vacaciones está previsto del 22 de enero al 16 de febrero, pues el periodo lectivo 2022 arrancará el 17 de febrero y concluirá el 22 de diciembre.
Restricción vehícular sanitaria
El traslado a los centros educativos está dentro de las excepciones a la restricción vehicular. Si quiere evitar una multa, el conductor debe contar con alguno de estos documentos: comprobante de matrícula del centro de estudios, carné con fotografía del estudiante, o bien la carta de comprobación emitida por el centro educativo.
Vacunación docente
De acuerdo con datos proporcionados por la Caja Costarricense del Seguro Social (CCSS) de los 85.896 funcionarios que laboran en el MEP, 96,69% ya recibió la primera dosis de la vacuna contra la Covid-19. En total, ya se aplicaron 92.136 vacunas, 83.053 corresponden a primeras dosis y 9.083 a la segunda dosis.
Sistema Nacional de Reporte de casos Covid-19 en centros educativos
El MEP desarrolló un sistema de información nacional que digitaliza y centraliza el registro de reportes de casos asociados a Covid-19 en centros educativos y su monitoreo.
El sistema comprende el monitoreo de casos asociados como sospechosos, descartados, positivos y recuperados; directores de los centros educativos trabajarán con un reporte de sus comunidades educativas, los supervisores y las Direcciones Regionales monitorearán sus centros educativos y el sistema les proveerá de datos oportunos a las autoridades para la toma de decisiones.
Plan de nivelación educativa
De acuerdo con el MEP, el plan de nivelación educativa que venía aplicándose desde febrero pasado, se reforzó durante la pausa. Los docentes contarán con capacitación en línea, una matriz para conocer la ruta de nivelación del estudiante, plantillas de aprendizaje y un sistema web para la recopilación de información de la evaluación de los estudiantes.
Además, las escuelas y los colegios ejecutarán una estrategia para evitar que los alumnos dejen las aulas. La iniciativa implica llamadas, visitas y acompañamiento familiar donde se detecte un riesgo de exclusión estudiantil.
