Llegan a Costa Rica las 500 mil vacunas anticovid donadas por Estados Unidos
Se trata del lote más grande de vacunas Pfizer/BioNTech contra la Covid-19 que ha recibido Costa Rica desde diciembre del 2020.
Un contingente de 500 mil vacunas contra el coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 donadas por el Gobierno de los Estados Unidos llegó la noche de este martes a territorio costarricense.
Se trata del cargamento más grande de vacunas Pfizer/BioNTech contra la Covid-19 que ha recibido Costa Rica desde diciembre del 2020.
El próximo viernes 15 de julio comenzará la vacunación contra el coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 del grupo 5, es decir las personas entre los 12 y 57 años de edad sin factores de riesgo.
Así lo determinó la Comisión Nacional de Vacunación y Epidemiología (CNVE) considerando la llegada de la donación directa de vacunas contra la Covid-19 por parte de la administración de Joe Biden, así como los próximos envíos de la empresa Pfizer.
