Presidente del CON denuncia haber sido amenazado de muerte
Henry Núñez asegura que las amenazas iniciaron luego de que “Cali” Muñoz no lograra llegar a tiempo a la prueba de surf de Tokyo 2020.
El presidente del Comité Olímpico Nacional (CON), Henry Núnez, vivió momentos de auténtica tensión después de haber sido amenazado de muerte luego de darse a conocer que el atleta nacional Carlos “Cali” Muñoz no lograría llegar a tiempo a la prueba de surf de los Juegos Olímpicos Tokyo 2020 que recientemente finalizaron.
En un principio la pareja del surfista, Tamara Futch, manifestó su molestia en sus redes sociales y responsabilizó al jerarca del CON por entorpecer la ayuda.
“Se han dado varios cuestionamientos, casi todos falsos y calumniosos con el tema de “Cali” Muñoz, que hicimos el esfuerzo hasta el final, el abogado publicó en redes sociales mi teléfono y a partir de ahí comencé a recibir amenazas al punto de que yo no vuelvo a poner un pie en Jacó, lamentablemente”, mencionó Núñez.
“Recibí amenazas muy feas que nadie se merece, sobre todo cuando se hizo todo lo posible para que él estuviera en Tokio, pero el abogado provocó todo esto”, agregó.
“Con “Cali” yo siempre he tenido una muy buena comunicación, antes, durante y después de toda esta situación y él siempre me ha expresado todas sus disculpas. Para mí fue este señor (el abogado), subió algo falso y calumnioso con la única fe de dañarme”, acotó el jerarca.
El presidente del CON aclaró que luego de explicar lo que ocurrió con “Cali”, las amenazas dejaron de llegar.
