Presentan denuncia contra Rodolfo Villalobos por aborto procurado
El Presidente de la Fedefútbol habría conseguido pastillas abortivas por medio de un médico del hospital San Vicente de Paúl, en Heredia.
El presidente de la Federación Costarricense de Fútbol (Fedefútbol), Rodolfo Villalobos Montero, fue denunciado por el presunto delito de aborto procurado.
Según informó Diario Extra, quien dio a conocer la noticia, la demanda se interpuso en la Fiscalía Adjunta Especializada en Asuntos de Género y se tramita bajo el expediente 23-000081-0994-PE, cuya denuncia fue autenticada por el abogado de la parte acusatoria, Leonardo Crespi Zorino.
El Ministerio Público confirmó a Extra haber recibido la denuncia el 13 de febrero anterior.
“El expediente fue remitido a la Fiscalía Adjunta de Heredia, donde continuarán con el proceso correspondiente”, indicó la oficina de prensa de la entidad al citado medio.
¿Qué fue lo qué pasó?
Según detalla una copia de la denuncia publicada por Diario Extra los hechos habrían sucedido entre 2013 y 2014, cuando Villalobos mantenía, aparentemente, una relación sentimental con una silbatera de apellido Prendas, quien de acuerdo con el Registro Civil en aquel entonces estaba casada con un hombre de apellido Solís.
Según el escrito, la réferi habría quedado embarazada producto de la relación con Villalobos, quien en ese momento era tesorero del comité ejecutivo de la Fedefútbol.
“El padre del bebé no quiere saber nada del asunto y que más bien la invitó a abortar… El padre de la criatura está dispuesto a llevarle a los mejores doctores para terminar con ese embarazo en buena forma”, se detalla en el documento.
El escrito judicial añade que el ahora presidente de la Fedefútbol le habría conseguido pastillas abortivas a Prendas por medio de un médico del Área de Ginecología del Hospital San Vicente de Paúl, en Heredia.
“Todo lo dicho se puede constatar en el Hospital San Vicente de Paúl y fue atendida la señora Prendas por el doctor (nombre del médico), quien aparentemente fue quien suministró al señor Rodolfo Villalobos y la señora (nombre) Prendas las pastillas que provocaron el aborto del nonato”, indica la demanda.
“Posteriormente la señora (nombre) Prendas, financiada por el señor Rodolfo Villalobos, la envió (él a ella) a Pérez Zeledón a la casa de una compañera árbitra para que se recuperara, porque tenía problemas con el esposo y se complicó y la internaron en el hospital Doctor Fernando Escalante Pradilla. En dicho hospital se dijo que el padre del no nacido es el señor Rodolfo Villalobos quien fue aparentemente quien planeó y ejecutó el ilícito”, agrega el documento.
La parte demandante adjuntó como pruebas un informe realizado por una empresa de investigación privada así como una epicrisis del Hospital San Vicente de Paul.
