Iñaki Alonso: “Afronto el reto de dirigir a un histórico con ambición e ilusión”
Las primeras palabras del estratega español como nuevo entrenador del Deportivo Saprissa.
La mañana de este miércoles el Deportivo Saprissa hizo oficial la contratación del español Iñaki Alonso como nuevo director técnico a cargo del primer equipo masculino.
Por medio de sus redes sociales, Alonso, habló de lo que será este nuevo desafío.
El estratega asume la dirección técnica del conjunto morado hasta mayo del 2022.
¿Quién es Iñaki Alonso?
Según recoge un comunicado de prensa del Deportivo Saprissa, Iñaki Alonso cuenta con más de 21 años de experiencia en el fútbol español.
A sus 53 años, Alonso ha desarrollado su carrera profesional en los banquillos al mando de clubes como Real Unión, Real Murcia, Huracán, Compostela y Lorca, siendo parte en los últimos años del proyecto deportivo del Alavés.
En su etapa con el Alavés (4 años), fue entrenador del NK Rudeš, en la Primera División de Croacia, donde también fungió como scout en los Balcanes y logró empaparse de la metodología de trabajo para implantarla en su regreso al club español y así clasificar a la filial a play off, donde logró el ascenso a una 2aB que se negó por 14 años.
En su paso por Real Unión de Irún, el técnico nacido en Durango (municipio de Vizcaya, en la comunidad autónoma del País Vasco, España), logró el ascenso a la Segunda División española y la clasificación a una histórica Copa del Rey en la que eliminaron al Real Madrid en dieciseisavos de final en la temporada 2008/2009.
En 2011 lograría otro ascenso a la categoría de plata, esta vez para el Real Murcia, equipo al que entrenaría también durante la siguiente campaña, en Segunda División. Ese mismo año ganó el Premio Ramón Cobo (como entrenador destacado de Segunda División B), otorgado por la Real Federación Española de Fútbol.
