¿Es polémico Jeaustin Campos? Una persona que trabajó con el entrenador respondió la pregunta
Las salidas de Campos de varios equipos nacionales se han visto acompañadas de la polémica.
El técnico nacional Jeaustin Campos, tiene varios días de estar en el ojo del huracán, esto luego de que se hiciera pública una denuncia en su contra por expresarse de manera racista al jugador del Deportivo Saprissa, Javon East.
A raíz de dicha situación el entrenador fue separado inmediatamente de su cargo en el cuadro morado, lo que generó una situación de polémica, debido a que Campos asegura que lo denunciado no es cierto y además, dejó claro en una conferencia de prensa que brindó que demandará al equipo Saprissista por la manera en que manejaron la situación.
Tal como fue el caso cuando salió del Club Sport Herediano, esto el 26 de febrero del año anterior, cuando fue despedido después que días antes en una conferencia de prensa expresó tras empatar contra Jicaral, que en el equipo rojiamarillo había “campeonitis”.
Cabe destacar que Campos guió meses antes de su despido al “Team” para ganar la copa 29.
Y es que tal parece que Campos es bastante exigente con sus jugadores y le gusta que las cosas se hagan como él dice ya que es parte de su disciplina.
Una persona que puede dar fe de ello es Roy Barrantes, presidente Jicaral, quien trabajó un tiempo con Jeaustin, y que además, conversó con La Teja, contando su experiencia al laborar con el técnico nacional.
“Es un técnico profesional, buen estratega, es una persona pensante minuto a minuto y le gusta hacer bien las cosas, que los muchachos hagan bien las cosas.
“No es una persona irrespetuosa, desde mi punto de vida, sé la persona que es, tiene muy buen camerino y cuando estuvo con nosotros, en Jicaral, se dio a querer mucho y logró lo que logró, gracias al esmero, la disciplina, empeño y es una persona que trabaja muy bien”, expresó Barrantes a LT.
Por su parte, el medio le consultó a Roy, por qué Campos sale mal de los equipos, y este expresó que quizás el nivel de exigencia del entrenador es el que no le ayuda en muchas ocasiones, pero que con ellos el siempre fue respetuoso.
“Creo que en Herediano se dio una situación fuera de los camerinos y podría pensar que en Saprissa tal vez hay un nivel de exigencia alto, están buscando el bicampeonato y tal vez algunos jugadores se pueden sentir ofendidos o relegados y eso afecta la unión de grupo.
“Con nosotros hubo incidentes de los que uno podría llamar normales, diferencias por la falta de compromiso de un jugador, tal vez se le llamaba la atención de forma enérgica, pero no hubo faltas de respeto. Con nosotros se habló claro desde el inicio para evitar resentimientos y lo que se buscaba era campeonizar”, comentó a LT.
En cuanto a Campos como entrenador, el dirigente de Jicaral dijo que Jeaustin tiene bastante claro su rol como entrenador cuando dirige un equipo.
“No llegaba tarde a las prácticas, nunca faltó a un entrenamiento, siempre estaba con el equipo y siempre que el equipo lo necesitó, estuvo ahí.
“Él tiene claro su rol como entrenador, no se pasa de confianzudo con nadie, es una persona respetuosa con jugadores y demás miembros de los equipos”, aseguró Bárranles al medio.
En cuanto a lo sucedido en el Saprissa, el dirigente expresó que el técnico merecía expresar su defensa y que esa oportunidad no se la dieron.
“Creo que al final se juzgó a nivel de redes sociales y en algunos programas, en algunos medios, sin escuchar la parte de defensa, que no la tuvo en el primer día y siento que después de que da la conferencia de prensa, merece el derecho de defensa y serán las autoridades quienes determinen quién tiene la razón.
“No he conversado con él, sin embargo, le mandé un mensaje dándole mi apoyo en este momento”, agregó Roy.
En cuanto a la situación de Jeaustin, este y sus abogados expresaron el la conferencia de prensa que dependiendo como se fuera desarrollando todo, también podrían tomar medidas legales contra el jugador morado y los aparentes testigos.
