Tarántulas con alas: el nuevo terror de Norteamérica que mide hasta 15 centímetros

Las fotos de las llamadas «tarántulas con alas» no son montajes, son imagenes reales de una especie de insecto llamada «Antheraea polyphemus».
La «Antheraea polyphemus» no es una tarántula en realidad es una especie de polilla que puede llegar a medir hasta 15 centimetros, cuya principal poblaciónse encuentra en Estados Unidos pero también hay ejemplares en Canadá y el norte de México.
El terror que han generado las fotos de la «Antheraea polyphemus» es infundado pues esta especie de polilla no representa peligro para los humanos.
